Based on Order No. RD-01-124 of 13.03.2020 by the Minister of Health and Order No. RD-19-139/13.03.2020 by the Rector of Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, and in order to limit the risk of spreading COVID-19 (coronavirus), we are implementing the following measures

Based on Order No. RD-01-124 of 13.03.2020 by the Minister of Health and Order No. RD-19-139/13.03.2020 by the Rector of Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, and in order to limit the risk of spreading COVID-19 (coronavirus)
I HEREBY INFORM YOU OF THE FOLLOWING MEASURES:
- On-site work of the management team of the Center of Competence “Clean&Circle” is reduced to a minimum. Activity leaders shall prepare schedules for the necessary tasks and, where possible, coordinate and carry them out remotely. This measure is valid until at least 29.03.2020 or until further notice.
- All public events organized by or in cooperation with the Center of Competence “Clean&Circle” are suspended, including conferences, discussions, public lectures, and other gatherings. Where possible, alternative forms and methods for holding them via remote and virtual channels should be sought. This measure is valid until 13 April 2020 or until further notice.
- All business trips of the management team are canceled, if any were planned. Work visits to laboratory complexes or research sites of the Center of Competence “Clean&Circle” are also canceled. This measure is valid until at least 29.03.2020 or until further notice.
- The partner research teams within the Center of Competence “Clean&Circle” shall follow the instructions and orders issued by their respective organizations.
This notice shall be brought to the attention of all members of the management team, the leading researchers from partner organizations, and their teams within the Center of Competence “Clean&Circle.”
Please conscientiously comply with the prescriptions of the control authorities to prevent the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus) and act responsibly towards ourselves, our loved ones, colleagues, and vulnerable groups.
