Prof. Rumyana Zakharieva from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy, a partner in the project, presented the goals and objectives of the developing Competence Centre “Clean Technologies for Sustainable Environment – Water, Waste, Energy for Circular Economy” at a forum dedicated to the circular economy in the field of public utilities.
