Maria has extensive experience as a consultant in the field of innovation and technology transfers. Her main responsibilities include: developing and implementing the acceleration program of the Centre of Competence (CoC); promoting the entrepreneurial culture and activity of the Centre’s staff; communication with the scientific clusters of the CoC Clean&Circle; support spin-offs towards market applicability, prototyping, development and validation of business models, etc.

Desislava has extensive experience in the areas of budgeting, financial analysis and reporting. Her main responsibilities include: participation in the creation and implementation of a Technology transfer and commercialization management system; marketing of research results portfolio and knowledge transfer for target customer groups; logistical support for the organization of workshops and seminars between the participants and the members of the scientific team, etc.
