From October 5th to 8th, at Spa Hotel Kleptuza, Velingrad, a scientific conference "Ecological Products for Health" was held. The organizers of the event are the National Scientific Program “Innovative Low-Toxic Biologically Active Substances for Precision Medicine,” funded by the Ministry of Education and Science, and the Center of Competence "Clean&Circle".

Renowned scientists from the NSP "BioActiveMed" and the Center of Competence "Clean&Circle" presented the achievements of their research teams.
Among the speakers in the discussions were Prof. Ivan Dimov and Prof. K. Kostadinov (advisors to Minister Krasimir Valchev), representatives of the Managing Authority of the Operational Program "Science and Education for Smart Growth" - Maria Denizova and Georgi Ivanov, and other guests.
Companies such as "Infolab", "LKV", "Alex 1977", "VMZ Fashion Industry", as well as the Municipality of Velingrad, the Municipality of Draginovo, TVMedia, the newspaper "TEMPO" and others also participated with presentations.

Many young scientists who presented reports and posters received monetary awards from a prize fund established by Professors Pavlina Dolashka, Narcislav Petrov, Yana Topalova, Stoyan Shishkov, Iva Ugrinova, Reni Kalfin, Nikolay Vasilev, and Kostadin Kostadinov.

Spa Hotel "Kleptuza" provided the conference hall for 5 days as a contribution in support of science.
