On 12.03.2025, a meeting was held between the teams and leadership of the Institute of Organic Chemistry with Centre of Phytochemistry - BAS (Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kalina Alipieva and Prof. Dr. Milena Popova) and the Rector of the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy (UACEG), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Arch. Gichka Kutova-Kamenova, partners in the Competence Centre "Clean Technologies for a Sustainable Environment – Water, Waste, Energy for the Circular Economy".

The Clean & Circle team showcased their innovative solutions for PFAS treatment at the prestigious REMTECH 2024 conference. The session, organized under the #PROMISCES project, covered key topics on effective management of contaminated sites – soils, sediments, and groundwater.
